The Winterstein School is no ordinary school, because this is the only place where you get the chance to find a very unusual and magical companion: a talking animal. Ida Kronberg (Emilia Maier) and her friend Rabbat the fox (original voice of Max von der Groeben) have already had adventures together. But now the 250th anniversary of the school is coming up and Miss Cornfield's (Nadja Uhl) class has to work together, otherwise the school play about the school's founder is in danger of falling through. Ida and Benni (Leonard Conrads) quickly realize that they can only solve the problems together with their magical animals and as a team. But then, to make matters worse, mysterious holes appear on the school grounds. What is it all about and will the pupils and their furry friends be able to solve the mystery?
